The North Sligo AC Good Friday 5k begins at Pine Grove, situated just 300 meters from the North Sligo Sports Complex, and finishes with a spirited final stretch on the facility’s running track. This scenic 5k course guides participants through the heart of Grange village, offering an engaging route that captures the local community spirit and beautiful North Sligo scenery. Runners navigate a loop on paved public roads, passing key landmarks such as the village centre before returning to the sports grounds. The terrain is run entirely on permanent tarmac road surfaces, providing a reliable and smooth foundation for participants of all abilities.
