Kilcullen AFC 5K

nd finishes at the club's soccer pitch, beside the Astroturf pitches in Kilcullen, County Kildare. The course runs on the public roads surrounding the town and is described by organisers as fast, making it a good option for beginners as well as those chasing a quick time. Registration takes place at the clubhouse on the day, or in advance online through Just Runs Events. Held alongside a longer 10K on the same course network, it's a genuine community fundraiser for Kilcullen AFC, a local soccer club founded in 1968, with proceeds supporting the club's ongoing facilities. The first 200 entrants receive a bespoke pin. Refreshments are served afterwards at the clubhouse, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for runners, joggers and walkers from Kilcullen and further afield.
