Run Forest Run Loughgall 10k

The Run Forest Run Loughgall 10K starts and finishes near the golf reception building at Loughgall Country Park in County Armagh. Starting beside the park entrance, the course first loops through the woodland on the western side of the estate, taking in a series of turns on forest paths before running around the lake. Later it leaves the lakeside and heads east and north on a larger loop around the outer edge of the park, passing the golf course, before returning towards the entrance and the finish. The surface is a mix of tarmac and gravel paths, so running or trail shoes are suitable. The first couple of kilometres are flat, after which the course becomes rolling, with a series of short climbs and descents and one longer, steady climb in the final third followed by a gentler run-in to the finish.
