Run Forest Run Loughgall 5k

The Run Forest Run Loughgall 5K starts and finishes near the golf reception building at Loughgall Country Park in County Armagh. From the start beside the park entrance, the course heads north and then east along a long straight section on the northern side of the park, before turning south along the eastern edge of the grounds. It then swings back west towards the lake, follows its eastern shore to the southern end, and returns along the western side of the water to reach the finish close to the start. The route is run on a mix of tarmac and gravel paths, passing the golf course and the lake. The opening kilometres are flat, with the course becoming gently rolling over the second half, where a few short climbs and descents appear. Running or trail shoes are suitable.
