About this race
The Kerins O'Rahillys GAA Club Annual 5k is a road race in Tralee, County Kerry, with the event based on Strand Street in the town centre and a start time of 11:00am. The course heads west out of the town onto the roads on its outskirts, joining Spa Road and using a link road near Lohercannan before returning towards the start and finish area. It is a single circuit of about 5km run mostly on paved roads. The profile is gently rolling, with two modest climbs and descents rather than any sustained hills. Entry includes a chipped race number and a finisher's medal. The 10km race is run alongside it on the same morning, using a longer route over some of the same roads around the town, and both distances share the same start time and base in the town centre.
