About this race
The Lahinch 6 Mile follows a fast and predominantly flat route starting and finishing on the iconic Lahinch Promenade. The paved course heads west along the Liscannor Road, providing spectacular views of the Atlantic coastline and Liscannor Bay. This route focuses on a level and accessible path, avoiding the more significant elevation changes found further inland. The run travels toward the village of Liscannor before turning to return along the same scenic coastal stretch. The journey concludes with a final sprint back to the promenade for a finish right by the water's edge.
