About this race
The Trim 10 Mile Road Race is a single-loop course on the roads around Trim, County Meath. The race starts off the Athboy Road at the entrance to Eamonn Duggan Industrial Estate, with race headquarters at Oaktree Business Park a few hundred metres away. From Trim the route heads north-west on country roads towards Kilbride, continues north then swings east before turning south on a long road that returns to the town through the Dunderry area. The course is entirely on paved roads and is gently rolling, with a gradual rise through the middle section and a mostly gentle descent over the final miles. Water stations are provided at roughly 4.5 and 7 miles, and the race is organised by Trim AC in conjunction with Nally's SuperValu Trim.
