The Roscommon Harriers 5k Series (Race 4) follows an entirely paved out-and-back course that starts and finishes near Hannon’s Hotel on the outskirts of Roscommon Town. The route travels through quiet, rural townlands along the Athlone Road area, maintaining a remarkably flat and level terrain throughout the distance. The course is a straight-line circuit with a turn-around point, offering a consistent road surface and minimal elevation change.
