About this race
The Emo Forest Run 5k follows a single-loop route that starts and finishes in Emo Village, Co. Laois. The course travels through the "majestic" grounds of Emo Court, cutting through the forest and navigating the scenic paths surrounding the estate’s gardens and lake. The terrain is a mix of forest trails and parkland paths, with the natural undulations of a woodland setting.
